  Horrible services and very racist. We bought a Gopro 5 before the new year but it cannot be charged because of battery's problem. And it still didn't work after they changed another battery. As we required a chargeback, a female staff rudely answered:"I don't know WHERE YOU COME FROM, I don't want to argue with you." Are you kidding me??? Is their style to serve ALL customers??? Finally we got our money back but I felt so bad. Don't go to this The North Face, they're super nice before you pay, and it would be a totally different story after they get your money!
