  We loved our stay at the Timber Lodge! The rooms are large (we had a 2BR) with full kitchens, washer/dryers, and small/portable steam humidifiers. There is a complimentary ski check right outside the gondola. Parking is not complimentary -- there is only valet parking, at $29/night. The location is the resort is ideal: the gondola is right outside one side of the lobby, and the transportation center (where the buses pick you up for transport to the base lodges, which is important whenever the gondola is on wind hold) is on the other side. The Timber Lodge is right in the middle of town, and everything -- shopping, food, bars, etc. -- is all within walking distance. It's an ideal location.
