  Last week they some how missed the garbage bag I left out at the curb. All the other neighbors trash was picked up, but mine was left. I called when I got home, and they said they would put in a note for a missed pickup the next day. Great! Except they never came. All talk, no follow through. Unfortunately, the bears have mastered the bear proof screw on lids, so for the next week, I will be feeding bears and cleaning up trash every morning.
